First of all,thanks for asking this question,I work it out and give you a simple answer.Not Medical Advice: Water. Drinking water will help flush the caffeine out & allow the body to process it more quickly. Eating a banana also helps. Here I think it is for your reference and maybe not a correct answer or sometimes there are a variety of answers for the same question. So here are more information as below and it could be helpful.

Heavy foods should counteract the feeling of too much caffeine. For example,tea flavonoids may counteract caffeine effect.In addition Chammomile tea may be your best bet. Chammomile is a natural sedative and should counteract the caffein high.
