Does putting vicks vapor rub on your feet before you go to bed help cure a cold?
To stop nightime coughing, some person recommended that you rub Vicks VapoRub generously on the feet and put on socks. But I have always recommend Vick’s application on chest and nose. If we apply it nose, it smooths the breathing and you feel comfortable. In this way it can relax the lungs to some extent but cannot cure cough. Applying Vick’s on feet will not work to cure cough.
