First of all,thanks for asking this question,I work it out and give you a simple answer.Not medical advise: If you depend on low-dose aspirin for your heart health, ask your doctor. Naproxen can cancel out the benefits of the aspirin. Here I think it is for your reference and maybe not a correct answer or sometimes there are a variety of answers for the same question. So here are more information as below and it could be helpful.

Don’t. You can overdose or cause damage. Get some ambesol or something to help until you can get to a doctor to get something stronger.
