What Causes foot corn?
Calluses and corns are elements of thicker, tough, dead skin cells. They are the results of the shoes rubbing up against the skin. At these times your skin gets to be tough and thicker. As time passes, your skin creates a pile known as the corn. There is certainly such a thing as gentle corns, which usually evolves in between the toes from wearing small tight boots and shoes.
Treatment for foot corn:
Firstly, don’t wear the small tight shoes. Instead, you should wear shoes with enough space in order to wiggle freely the toes. Secondly,to reduce the size of corns or cure it,you can also use some certain lotion which includes vitamin E or cocoa butter to make corns soft. Thirdly, put together some warm water, soak your foot which is affected into water for some time to make the corn soft, then get rid of the horny callus tissue simply by using a stone or stick made of pumice. You can also use a keratolytic agent such as 40% salicylic acid plasters to get it done. Lastly, using corn pads just like horseshoe shaped corn pads is a good option for the treatment of foot corn as well.
