That’s where your ovaries are. It could just be your ovulating or something else.I had similar pains but on the right lower side. It would come and go. Needless to say I have endimitriosis and fibriods on my uterus. Go back and see your Dr. again if this pain persists!

Sharp Pain in right and left sides (abdomen)?

sharp pain in the right pelvic region could indicate APPENDICITIS,but it can also be an onset for hernia.since the pain is in both sides it could be probably due to urinary tract stones. check out for it.Anything can be confirmed only by physical examination.

Abdominal pain on the right side?

The right side of your abdomen has several organs. The lower right side is where your appendix is, so appendicitis is a possibility. Your liver and gallbladder are also on the right side, so liver disease or gallstones could be a possibility as well.
