First of all,thanks for asking this question,I work it out and give you a simple answer.Not Medical Advice: Creatine produces additional ATP (adenosine triphosphate) that will give your muscles a bit of a boost to heal.Creatine simply gives your muscles more energy, so you can maybe do 2 more reps on each set or maybe 4 sets instead of 3 etc. Thus your muscles grow more effectively. Here I think it is for your reference and maybe not a correct answer or sometimes there are a variety of answers for the same question. So here are more information as below and it could be helpful.
